Do you provide website hosting and domain?
No, I do not provide nor resell website hosting and domain. If you do not have a hosting and domain, do not worry as I will guide you to get one from my recommended list of hosting providers directly. This ensures you get the lowest price possible and maximum transparency between you and the hosting provider.
How long does it take to finish a website?
The minimum time needed for me to finish a website is 3 days. If your website is more complex and has more functions, it may take up to a month. It may also take a longer time since there are revision rounds for us to go through together to achieve a website that we are both satisfied with.
Who owns the website after the website is finished?
You. I don’t own anything of the website. You pay for the website, so it’s your property.
Who writes the text and content of the website?
You are required to provide all of the text content for your website. You are the expert on your business, so it’s always best if it comes from you. If you do not know what to put on your website yet, do not worry, I will put sample text first and you can send me the text and content later.
How do I know which web design package is suitable for me?

What do you mean by Archive Page and Single Post Page?
An archive page allows visitors to freely navigate through all of your posts such as products, services, or blogs. A Single Post Page enables visitors to browse or view an individual product, service, or blog post in more detail. Think of an archive page as a collection of your products/services, and the single post page is where you describe your individual product/service.
What do you mean by e-commerce pages?
E-commerce pages include shop, cart, and checkout. These pages are included with the e-commerce website packages. Additional pages excluding e-commerce pages might be charged extra according to which web design plan you chose.
Can I add content such as blog posts, property listings, services and products myself?
Yes, of course. If your website has a content management system or e-commerce functions, I will teach you how to add content such as posts and products all by yourself. What separates me from other web designers is that I do not keep your website away from you and charge you extra just to upload content on YOUR website that you already paid for.
Can I edit the website myself?
Yes. I think this is one of the points that makes me stand out from other people who sell websites. Since I use the latest software it’s very easy to edit the text, images and other content on the pages. You can almost change everything if you want to.
Will you maintain the website for me?
Yes, I have maintenance plans starting from RM50/month. With my help, you do not need to worry about your website’s performance. I will maintain, update, and backup your website on a monthly basis.
